For Those Flying In
The venue in Mountain View is about a 30 minutes drive south of San Francisco International Airport, and 15 minutes drive north of San Jose International Airport.
Either airport is a good option. Both will have public transport that will get you to Mountain View, but we reccomend a taxi, an uber or a rental car.

There are a number of different options near by the venue. We have compiled a few that we reccomend but any near Mountain View will work well.
